We aim to attend customers as soon as reasonably possible. However, mobile service and arrival times are subject to technician availability, existing bookings, customer location, service area, traffic conditions, weather, battery stock and safe access to the vehicle.

Any arrival time provided is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Same-day, emergency and after-hours attendance may not always be available.

We may delay, reschedule or decline a booking where no technician is available, the location is outside our service area, the required battery is unavailable, the location is unsafe or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent attendance.

The vehicle registration checker is provided as a general guide only.

The checker cross-references hundreds of vehicle models, vehicle variants, battery types, battery brands and equivalent battery products. Vehicles of the same make, model and year may require different batteries depending on the engine, vehicle specifications, electrical system, stop-start system or previously installed battery.

Because of this, battery recommendations shown by the registration checker may not always be completely accurate and should be confirmed before purchase or installation.

We may request additional vehicle information or a photograph of the existing battery to confirm the correct battery fitment.

Prices displayed through the registration checker are estimates only and may not always be accurate.

The final price may vary depending on the correct battery required, battery brand, vehicle specifications, stock availability, delivery location, installation requirements and after-hours service.

The correct battery and final price must be confirmed by Battery Factory Direct before the order or booking is accepted.

If the recommended battery or displayed price changes after the vehicle details are checked, we will inform the customer before proceeding.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, registration, location and contact information.

Battery Factory Direct is not responsible for an incorrect initial recommendation caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer or contained within a third-party vehicle database.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
